Bench Press/Floor Press 1RM

I haven’t done floor presses in nearly a year but at the time my bench was higher but only be about 5-10kg

Floor press right now is lower for me, but I do it similiar to the way maraudermeat said. I go down slow, pause, then explode up.

Also it is the weak part of my bench, due to my chest/shoulders being really strong compared to my triceps. (Hence why I’d fail 2/3 of the way up on a 1rm attempt)
