Sick lift, maraudermeat. I’ll give that type of setup a try again. Reason I stopped was because I thought keeping heels on the floor was important, but it seems heels on floor isn’t so much important as just getting good leg drive.
I’ll try the tank top idea first (thanks pushmepullme) because it’s cheaper than chalk, and I can always move up to chalk if necessary.
Other than that, I’ll experiment with different benches in my gym.
