I hit a pretty good deadlift set and was pleased with myself and once Ii finished my training I went on Instagram to see a girl half my bodyweight pulling the same weight for two sets with extra reps. I don’t follow any guys only girls who outlift me.

I stopped at 4 even though I think I might’ve been able to get 1/2 more? That being said though, I was in full strongman kit. Then again, I did stop cause I felt like I was gon get a hernia or something in the area below my sternum.
