…so should this thread be moved to RMP? I don’t get what the point of it is anymore.
He’s excited because he’s lost weight and can see his abs for probably the first time in his life. He’s also clearly enjoying the “filling out” with the reintroduction of carbs and calories, looking different and more filled out with each passing day - he’s also slowly learning how to pose properly - and wants to share every little update with us.
I don’t see any harm. How many dreamerbulkers actually buckle down and get six-pack ab lean? Most of them diet down to skinny-fat territory and then hop on carb backloading or whatever new fad they hope will net them “lean muscle gains”, going eventually back where they were before the diet lol.

…so I take all your points, but isn’t that what RMP is for? This board should be training-related…

Did the OP ask to be rated at some point? I thought RMP was specifically to be rate. Maybe you think he should start a log?

That’d be fine, if he just wanted to post progression pics there (which is what it seems like this thread is). Just doesn’t seem to belong on this board.
thanks for the advice, i started my log and will post my progress pictures in it.
Hello,
How much protein on an average did you consume per day?

i never calculated my macros but i think about 100 grams per day.
being fit and small any day
run faster, jump higher and better quality of life no joint pain ect
It was really fun to read my own thread from beginning to end and i noticed that i looked pretty good when i was around 76 kgs.
I think i took the diet so far and got too small. This morning i weighed 73 kgs and im increasing my calories slowly.
My goal is to go up to 75 kgs without gaining too much fat and work on my weak points whole winter.
My main focus in on my glutes, hams and traps. I deadlift regularly which is new for me. I also do one arm barbell shrugs with 3 sec squeeze at top. This one turned out to be a great exercise. For glutes i started doing single leg hip thrusts. Feeling a pump in your ass is a really interesting feeling.
I will post a pic when im back to 75 kgs.
I am sitting at 73,5 kgs. I think my arms got bigger this summer.
I also started working my abs harder. I bought an ab wheel and will try it for the first time tonight.
Chest is always weak and unlikely to improve but still working on it. I will try reverse grip dumbbell chest presses tomorrow. I saw it in a CT article so its worth trying.

Looking good Gorilla. Just a word of caution: start real slow on the ab wheel. I think I’ve almost given myself a hernia when starting too aggressively.

thanks for the warning man. i have been doing swiss ball roll-outs for a while to get used to the motion.
hello guys
just wanted to stop by and share my latest photos.
i still do my best to keep improving and when i look at the photos that i first posted on this thread, i cant stop laughing.
Omg i cant believe it’s been 6 years since i started this thread and i had no idea i would have taken this leanness thing so far.
Recently i am so unhappy about looking too thin in clothed pictures and decided to slowly bulk up from 72 kg to 76 kg. Remembering how good i used to look at 76 kgs made me much more determined. My own thread became the motivation i needed to leave my abs behind after 6 years. I wish eating while not hungry wasnt so uncomfortable but i think i can handle it.
