I’m looking to do a simple cycle to gain about 10 lbs of lean muscle. I’m 180 lbs, 5’ 10”. Been lifting 4x/week for 20 years and eat clean. This is my first cycle. Here’s what I’m planning:
Test E: weeks 1-12. 150 mgs 2PW. (300/week total).
HCG: weeks 9-13. 250 iu’s 2PW. (500/week total).
Clomid: weeks 14-17.
Questions -
Is 300 mg/week Test E reasonable? While general recommendation is 500, a contributor recommended 250/week.
I think you’ll be better off having bloodwork done and maybe looking into TRT.
If you haven’t gotten the results your looking for in the last 20-30 years of training your prob a bit late to the rodeo.
Also why would you run HCG on a 12 week cycle? It’s not needed.
