Sustanon 350 cycle help

I’m 55 with normal testosterone levels. I’ve been working out for about 30 years. 5’10 and 180 pounds. I’m plateaued and looking to build 10-15 pounds of Lean muscle. I’ve done one cycle about 20 years ago and responded well with no side affects. I didn’t use PCT.

The supplier has Sus 250 and 350. The 350 has 3 types of test vs 5 types in 250. Therefore, I’m leaning to 350 (and it’s more for the price). I’m also planning to use Nolva and HCG.

I’d like feedback on the amount. I’m considering 350 mg per week split in two doses for 10 weeks. I’ll run HCG during, and at week 12, start PCT. Is 350 mg too much? Does it make sense to start at 100 mg and move up to 350 over first few weeks? Do I need HCG and if yes, when is it best to start?

I appreciate the help and thoughts.

Having plateaued makes sense, considering you are at age 55. You are coming a little late to the fight to be pulling out the AAS guns now.

350 is a high concentration. It’s gonna hurt. I would go with the 250. If your only planning 10 weeks then I would look at testE or testC.

No, start at whatever mg/wk you plan on running. The esters in the test slowly build it into your system.

This is not gonna happen in 10 or even 20 weeks. An experienced lifter can put on a coupole lbs of muscle per year and @RT_Nomad mentioned you are a bit late to the game to start using gear.

What does this mean?

My advice is start lower aim for 200-250 per week divided into two doses. Believe me less is more, don’t listen to the it’s too late crowd especially if you’re in great shape already. You will definitely see and feel a difference on 200 mg a week let alone 350 and like someone said sustenance shots really hurt. You probably be better off with test C or E also, the hCG will definitely help get you back to normal. I would suggest using it the last month around 500. I use twice a week and then the last week you want to do anywhere from 1000 to 2000 I use last shot from there. I would personally choose clomid over Nolva clomid is better at restarting endogenous test and take the clomid for 2 months. I never had the side effects people speak of with clomid but if you’re that concerned try enclomiphene instead. So I would definitely start with a lower dose and then work your way up to a good place that fits you and your goals.

Thanks for this great feedback. I appreciate all the detail and tips. My supplier got test E back in stock yesterday, so I’ll go with that at 200 weekly. Plus HCG and climid.Thank you!
