My fellow roiders. I am just getting in and i need information on great beginner cycles.
I don’t thing there should be anything different fundementally between a ‘beginner cycle’ and a ‘normal cycle’ for example here is the first cycle I ever did:

200 deca eod
75 tren eod
Week 2
200 deca eod
75 tren eod
Week 3
200 deca eod
75 tren eod
dbol 15mg ed
Week 4
200 deca every 4th day
75 tren eod
15mg dbol ed
Week 5
200 deca every 4th day
75 tren eod
15mg dbol ed
Week 6
200 deca every day
75 tren eod
15mg dbol ed
I gained about 25lbs of muscle on this first cycle.most of it from week 3-5. Many would say that this was too high of a dose for a first cycle, but I feel it was just right. If I were to do this cycle again, I would probably double all the doses now. but anyway, this is as good an example of a first cycle as you’ll get.

Why did you increase the Deca the last week? Wouldn’t it be better to stop with the Deca week 4 or 5 because of the so much longer halftime?
You’re the expert in this field but this seems to go against what you’ve written before.
your right it was a type O and to be honest, I learned from this cycle. The deca stayed in my system for another month, and I continued to make gains- recovery sucked, and I ended up just hitting another cycle. Thats why now I don’t encourage anyone to use deca if they are planning a short cycle. It just takes too long to clear. If they want to use nandrolone - use the phenly prop ester, it is much easier to recover from.
