It might depend a bit on your body type.
Maybe something like a small amount of cottage cheese with a scoop of Metabolic Drive and a little natural peanut butter.
Just a little bit though, something that could slowly release aminos without causing much by way of an insulin spike.
I don’t know… maybe some other folks with real cutting experience will chime in…
Even though you’re cutting, you should still be getting in adequate amounts of slow release protein before bed. Since you’re in a hypocaloric state anyway, your body is going to be pulling for all the calories/protein it can get. An 8 hour fast can really promote catabolism. Getting in enough slow digesting protein and some fats pre-bed will really keep the catabolic state to a minimum.
Cottage cheese or Metabolic Drive with some fish oil and a fiber source should cover it.

I agree its essentially the same as when not cutting difference will be in the amount prob a bit less but eat for sure. I think it was Bill Roberts lately had suggested BCAA’s for cutting during the night for a nice way to stave off catabolism in VERY hypocaloric periods when you wake to take a leak.
