Back in november when I was cleaning up my diet I would have about 170g of full fat cottage cheese before bed every night.

Cleaning up your diet with 170 grams of cottage cheese before bed? Isn’t that quite a lot? Do you weigh 340 lbs?

That’s about 180 kcals. Not what I would call a lot.
Assuming this is a no-fat cottage cheese, isn’t a gram of carbs and protein equal to 4 calories? 170 grams of protein would equal 680 calories.

wow why am i responding to this… 113 grams of cottage cheese (2%) has 100 calories 2.5 grams of fat 4 grams of carbs and 15 grams of protein. Don’t believe me? Read a label

I eat 3 servings twice a day (350 grams or so) eating is good.

beef jerky

A can of tuna. (about 30g protein)

It’s 3:15am and I’m eating tuna out of a can becuase it’s THAT GOOD.

Get some protein powder and some powdered milk. Mix and add some water. Or just use water and protein powder. Both taste like Oprah Winfrey’s ass but it’s some protein at least. Warning, don’t spill that shit anywhere! When powdered milk and protein goes bad…let’s just say you should avoid it at all costs.

BTW, it’s not rocket science. Listening to some people here if you don’t get up and eat 5 times a night at exactly 1hour and 2min intervals then you’re condemned to be skinny. If you can’t store food for snacks in the night, then just eat more during the day.

Nuts wouldn’t be too bad. Might need some water to wash them down and allow more water for the sodium. Ever thought of BCAA.

Peanut butter is good slap it on some good wheat bread and you got an awesome snack. On the peanut butter look for natural, the least ingredinets the better. Don’t want that partially hrygoneted stuff. Thats shit will clogg your arteries quicker than that lactic acids builds up from those 1500 lbs leg presses :::::::::::::slight_smile:
