Where does it say his buddy ate crap? Regardless, an ecto has trouble gaining no matter if it’s crap or clean. I can totally understand what Joe is saying. As an ecto, I struggled for over a year to reach a certain weight. I never reached it until gear time. Not only did I hit the target but I’ve surpassed it by 15 pounds. And the gear didn’t come with some magical nutrition plan that I never heard of. My diet is not much different than it was before.
