Way to go, man. Pull those shorts up for us there, big shooter.
Maybe he can’t, they could be the same shorts and they don’t fit so well anymore. hah nice work though.
Did you shave one of your legs on before photos?
damn man, i don’t know if its the way you’re posing but your traps have improved dramatically
at 6’1" 220, I don’t see why you would cut at all.
Nobody can really tell if there is any muscular progress because you provide different poses.
What I see is mostly ~25 lb drop in fat.
6’1 -177 is VERY, very light and seems like a good target weight for tall horse jockeys.
What are you trying to accomplish from here?
Thanks for all comments, criticism and ratings so far.
To me it’s obvious why I cut at 220lbs because my waist was over 38". It’s now only 31.5" in the current pics (yes there is a reason the boxers sag :D).
Lol at 177lbs being a jockey weight. Point taken, but had I said I was 185lbs I doubt many people would’ve noticed being as I said i’m 6’1 (maybe I even could’ve said I was 190?).
Different poses indeed but the thread was more about the fact I’ve shedded a lot of fat and I just wanted to post some pics up to show my progress.
As far as goals now. I want to get to 190lbs by the end of March and add aprrox 20kg to my deadlift, front squat, bench and power jerk.
So hopefully i’ll be about 190lbs (give or take) and be lfting-
200kg dead
140kg front squat
105kg bench
100kg power jerk
All just random numbers and estimates for now but in 7months i will most likely repost some new pics and vids.
Thanks again.

Well done on losing the fat, now put on some weight the RIGHT way so you don’t wind up with a 38 inch waist this time. Clean up the diet and train as hard as you can.
Great cutting results!
What was your diet like, when did u take carbs and how low on carbs did you go?

I’m keen to know too, its an amazing change, what was your diet and training?
From the front you look more than mid 170’s, but your back looks a bit frail. great width, especially with that semi small waste, but some thickness would really help your overall physique. Your traps are definitely impressive form the front, but they sort of disappear with the back pose. Great work on losing the fat though. Its good to see you’ve made goals and achieved em. Keep it up!
The traps look gigantic from the front
Thanks for the extra comments!
The whole weight loss took exactly 20 weeks total. The first 5 weeks I went too low with carbs with no carb up, lost lots of weight and a sh*t load of strength. After that I added in more carbs from oatmeal for breakfast and carried on losing weight for another 5 weeks or so and my strenght stopped declining.
After 10 weeks I started adding in weekly carb ups and 4 weeks later I was down to about 182lbs. At this point of 14 weeks of dieting I had enough and bulked up for 8 weeks back to 190lbs.
For the final 4 weeks back to dieting I went on 10x3 for fatloss by Waterbuy and followed Christian Thib’s basic recomendations of 1 weekly carb up of 180-200g carbs and less than 100g carbs for the other 6 days (from his ‘If I could do it all again’ article).
I didn’t lose 13lbs in 4 weeks from 10x3 because before I started the final part of the diet I didn’t train for 3 weeks as I was away on holiday and naturally lost 5lbs. So with the last 4 weeks I went from 184lbs down to 177lbs in the photos but lost no strength with 10x3 and 200g carbs ever monday and under half of that for the other 6 days.
diet was-
300g meat divided into 3 meals of 100g meat each meal. (salmon, chicken, pork)
Veg (cucumber, broccoli, red pepper, carrot etc) with each of these meals and 1tbsp of ev olive oil.
Fruit for breakfast and sometimes PW.
PW was 400ml natural yoghurt and whey.
cottage cheese before bed.
It came to approx 2000kcal. 180g protein and over 100g fat.
A few nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts).
