I’ve been training the last 2.5 years…The left photo is me 6 years ago, i was 55 kg with no workout or any training…3 years later i jumped from 55 kg to 87 kg from just changing my eating habbit…after joining the gym and training 3 years, i’m now 86 kg
thanx guys…& i’ll try to take a photo to my wheels soon…& for my hair i’m already taking minoxidil…its just slowing it down…i’m afriad to block the dht…i’ve read it has its functions & benifits in body

At 6’6" and only 196 pounds with 2 years of training I don’t think you should be telling anyone to cut, or giving any advice for that matter. Maybe you should not worry about gaining a small amount of fat and go on a bulk yourself instead of worrying about hawt abz.
