perhaps a little water retention, but nothing too out of the ordinary. that’s pretty much just how i looked all the time, and i was also eating lower carb for the most part too all the time, so i don’t remember retaining an extra water really

i’m definitely not going to do it now, but i thought that if i were to compete, i’d have to lose another 10 lbs or so to be in competition shape. i can still see a little fat over my lower abs. and i remember reading somewhere too that CT said once you have a full 6 pack, you’ll still have another 10-15 lbs to lose before being in real contest shape. but who knows til i try it. and thats nothing that im going to worry about now anyway
