The raise in prolactine may have very big implications.
You need to NMR for sure to know whether you have a pituitary adenoma. This is extremely important because it will determine the dose of cabergoline and you need to monitor the tumor, also to confirm its not cancerous.
By the way you can really consider the option to come here in Bulgaria, because we have one of the best specialists in imaging in Europe and NMR costs like 150-200 pounds with him(not sure how much it costs in UK)
But the problem is the service in the hospital is terrible and I cannot guarantee you who knows English and whether you can book NMR in English over the phone. I guess option can always be found if you have desire. And you can buy after that cabergoline which I bet is much cheaper than UK.

Start with 1/4 tablet 2 times a week and do a cabergoline test after 3 weeks. You may need to increase to 1/2 tablet 2 times a week after these 3 weeks.
Do not start with higher dose, this drug can have very nasty side effects.

Try to get 0.5mg tablets, the European version is this size and thats why I said 1/4 tablet.
I have used cabaser bought from a foreign pharma and had no issues. Thatās the best I can tell you.
Your doctor is an idiot, you canāt come off TRT or your levels will be low again, it doesnāt sound like your doctor knows how to treat you.

The advice on here is ridiculous.
Get you T levels and E2 under control before throwing in more medication to solve a problem which is likely caused by the high E2. Particularly given that the med will mask if you actually have a real issue with your pituitary gland meaning you are compromising ever getting a real diagnosis.
I have higher prolactin than you currently and have no issues getting erect.
You quote the wrong guy.
Also I can argue with you. His prolactin is very elevated and adenoma is very likely.
Even if he doesnāt have he should take caber for some time.
An adenoma is possible, not likely. Taking non prescribed caber before an MRI is ludicrous advice.
He should rectify his free T and E2 first as this is the more likely source of the issue.

Iāve just come off the phone to my doctor who supplies the test. Heās told me to split my medication to 0.2 test e twice a week which is about 60mg every 3 days. And also to half my HCG to 0.1 which is 250 twice a week.
He said this might help and to get a blood test In 4 weeks, if my proc has gone down he will prescribe me cabergoline, if goes up he wants me to get a MRI,

Will splitting my doseage cause me any other effects? I mean at the moment my free test is quite high which I like, will splitting this lower it? Or lower my total test level or could it help it?
Yes you have a micro-prolactinoma you need a dopamine agonist stat.
Why? They canāt do anything for micro-prolactinomaās anyway, in fact in the field of endocrinology they recommend that you take a dopamine agonist, exactly as suggested.
Him taking the med does not affect the MRI, either way the prolactin needs to come down, I am sure he has severe symptoms.
