Bed Time Snack

hey guys i am just wondering how many calories is it o.k to consume at bed time?? i usually just have a casein shake sometime with seeds in it.

but i know some people have quite large meals or big shakes! are these gunna help build muscle or just build fat?

Depends on your goals.

If bulking, go all out with proteins and oils.

If cutting, do just protein and fight against the desire the eat more that so often accompanies the cut.
