that avator is of poor taste.
imo.
seems disrespectful
It is what you make of it. lol They just made me take it down. I guess it’s already to have demeaning pictures of women because no one will report those but I crossed the line by selecting a picture of Jesus as a strong man. Different strokes for different folks I suppose. I’m gunna change what I’d say to myself back at 18. I’d probably say “Don’t be a little bitch, get shit done.”

Learn to suck yourself off I wish I had started earlier.lol happy birthday!
so, are you a man now or wha??

Sorry for late reply- busy birthday weekend… slowing down again now though. But nah, not while I weight about 167 pounds at 5ft 10 I’m not.
I like to think I’ve already been taking steps towards becoming a man from about 16 1/2 to 18, I’ve come pretty far for a year and a half- from the skinniest loser with no girl experience, to someone with a decent build and social skills !
But I don’t want to settle for ‘average’ or ‘average with a decent body’, I want to make sure I’m fucking brilliant at whatever I do now, there’s not a lot of point otherwise, I’ve messed around way too much at college so whilst I’ll still enjoy some partying at university, I want to make sure my shits in line.
On the less serious side of things- I would never miss out on a put it in her pooper chance, don’t you worry. Rockscar, your mullet may be, ‘mullety’, but it looks positively awesome (even now) in comparison to my ‘let it grow as it pleases’ super curly ridicilious “hair”.
Before (yep, I looked like THAT at my prom):

After (cant really see the 35 pound increase, but yano:

As I’ve said, I want to give 100% at everything I do, cinema & photography isn’t the path of guaranteed success (financially or otherwise), far far from it, but my passion (outside of training) lies there, and it will allow me to potentially live a life where I get to do what I love (snowboarding, travelling etc.) hopefully far more then I would do otherwise. I doubt ill ever be the one who owns a porshe, but tbh, I couldn’t care less now and I doubt I will in 10 years time.
I will try and manage my money to some degree, but the loans system in england for students is very good really, I’ll try my best to avoid overdraft, but if it comes down to going into debt to afford 5+ meals a day, unfortunately I will have to dip into it abit. Cars ive decided I’m avoiding, though i DO need to retake my test, and pass, before uni. College/uni I will probably not be getting into a relationship, certainly think the single life is better there. I
In terms of ‘majoring’ here everyone does the same course throughout the 3 years, only with options of what optional units you want to do and whether you want to complete the course with a written disertation (academic route), a photography portfolio, or a short film (practical routes, some of the leeds university students have gone on to release very succesful films).
Forget TBT for putting on mass… what? Whilst it’s clear you advocate split training it is a bit ridicilious to suggest that SS, 5x5 training, S2B (for the first 3 stages) and similar methods don’t work effectively, especially for trainees like me, who started at 132 pounds at 5ft 10, low bodyfat, fast metabolism, arms most likely below 10".
But my eating is getting sorted now, seems to be correlating exactly wish how much I try and actually cook and get quality ingriedients in. I will always train with intensity, can’t imagine not doing anymore, except for occasional deload sessions.
Wall of text probably put people off this, but yeah.
Becoming a man. Anyone else? Maybe i should just live life ‘Atomic Dog’ style, seems a pretty decent choice.
Hey Hey Hey… smoke weed everyday. And do your work and shit…

Atomic Dog is a good book, but its not a guide.

If you did follow the basic principles though, you’d be extremely unlucky to not be living a life you love.

50 Cent fan? “I ain’t that nigga tryin to holla cuz I want some head, I’m that nigga tryin to holla cuz I want some bread”
-Get a degree in something that guarantees you as best as possible a job. Engineering, a science, computers, etc. Don’t be afraid of studying hard. Other wise you’ll be stuck with a worthless liberal arts degree. Worst case, major in 2 subjects, 1 for pleasure.
-Stay the F away from credit cards. You can get them to build credit (is that how it works in the UK?) but never ever use them.
-Wait until u can pay cash for things, including a car.
-Get a job that forces you to talk to people. That is the single greatest skill one can have.
-While in uni, study abroad. Best decision I ever made. I went to Siena and had a blast, quite a few brits too. however, since you’re only an hr flight from Italy, I’d go somewhere else. South America, Eastern Europe, Far East.
-When in trying times, remember these maxims “I’ve had a lot of troubles in my life, most of them never happened” and “This too shall pass”. Seriously.
-Bang as many girls as you can and always use protection.
-Stand by your friends
-Work hard at whatever you decide to do. If you don’t you shall regret it.
Well my degree will be in Cinema & Photography, thats as about as unguaranteed as degrees come, the only other thing I would be interested in studying these days is sports scienc/physiology anyway. Oh well ![]()
- I’m perhaps very naive about the whole finance thing, but i don’t want to comprimise eating 5 meals 700 cal meals at least a day for university.
- I agree with the talk to people thing.
- I was hoping to apply for study abroad whilst a leeds, they offer alot of options and it would be an experience and make it an “international degree”, whether ill be able to go to australia/far east im not sure, but i definitely want to do this.
I like your advice, its good, thanks ![]()
