Thanks! yeah last week was good in the way of lifting, had tryouts today and tossed it 137’10" (they actually measured this year) so i’ll be finding out tomorrow, hopefully some good news. one other kid tryed out but he only threw 115ish. Anyhow this is my week off, so i’m sure there will be some light bullshit for the next few days, and then i’ll undergo either a strength or size phase for a month.
Made the track team. Where we go from here is anyones guess. Have a meeting tomorrow.

This week included lots of random lifting.
Bench- 340x1 and then 315x3
Squat- 365x2 (PR). my repping sucks, but these were deeep.
Deadlift- 435x1. my deadlift repping is so much better than my singles. considering dropping dling for squatting twice a week.
Dont really know how soon i start lifting. busy with the NCAA paperwork.
Got through the first two weeks of lifting, which essentially is westside, with DE upper/lower and ME upper/lower.
