Hello Coach, I will ask You how exactly perform rear delt “raises” from Saturday´s back mechanical drop set. Is it the same like normal raises, only with hands higer?
Can You help me, please?
Can you post a screen shot. That program is almost 2 years old. I do not remember every single program I wrote
I think it’s more of a pull. Think about making an “I” with your body at the top of that first exercise. The bands are anchored in front of you, you’re keeping your arms straight, starting with hands parallel to the floor in front of you, then sweep them straight overhead.
The second exercise you’re beginning similarly, but coming out to a high “T” - that motion is similar to a band pull-apart, but this band is anchored.
I thought that it was fairly simple to understand:
Start by doing “Y” raises with the band. Do like a rear delt movement, but your arms and body form a “Y” (meaning that your arms are not in line with the shoulders but higher than your head)
Second exercise you do the same thing but having the arms in line with the shoulders (formting a “T” or a cross)
Third is a face pull
Thank you both. I appreciate your help.
I´m sorry guys, but I have just another problem. My knee hurts by doing squats, because of arthritis, so I will ask you, if is possible to make backward sled drag instead of it? Or is there some better option? Thank you for your help.
Yes, it’s a very good option. I don’t include it in the program because this program assumes someone is training at home with no equipment (so no sled)
I made it from a tractor tire. I think, that there is not any intensification method, so I will walk 4x15 meters (My garden is very small
) to failure and gradualy increase weight.
Thank You Coach.
