Had a great first week back training and I am feeling strong and motivated.

Thank you again for the support!

I was just wondering if we’d already ran you off. Welcome back.

Hi Catgirl, welcome aboard. Congrats on beating back the big C.

Thanks! Great picture!

Sorry I’m late to the game but, Welcome and well done.
Nice job setting your goals.

Tough times don’t last, tough people do! You are a fighter! You are a winner! 'nuff said!

So I was without a trainer this morning, and lost my motivation, until I went to the frig and saw my sign held up by a magnetic picture of me fat and unhappy that read “It’s your fault”. Closed the refrigerator, grabbed my gym bag and out the door I went…

So here is what I was able to "pull out of my assets…(so to speak)…

30 minutes cardio/treadmill - warmup (thank God for my “angry music” on my ipod)

ABS:
Torso Rotation: 85 x 15 3
Ab Crunch: 40 X 12 x 4

ARMS:
Tricep Press: 70 x 12 x 3
Bicpes Curl: 50 x 8 x 3

LEGS:
Leg Curls: 70 x 12 x 3
Leg Ext: 50 x 15 x 3

Was totally exhausted ( and hungry) but I did it!

Weigh in was today too…lost 1.5 # Small Vylkrie victory

Good job grinding it out. Cool picture. Is that the type of look you aspire to? Or is to represent the fighting spirit?

Hi, Julia. Just wanted to say hello; I train w/Rick at BRAC, too, (and I believe we met at some point when you might have dropped into kbell and/or boot camp). Congrats on the recent win on the health front! Hope to see you sometime at the gym if our schedules ever happen to coincide.

Jean

Whereabouts in Illinois is everyone? Just curious, my brother lives in Rockford and my nephew goes to school in Chicago.

Naperville/bolingbrook area.

Cav if and when you come out to Chicago to see your son post me and we can train if you want.

Fischer, thanks. I usually drive out to Rockford for Thanksgiving or some other holiday. Could swing by on the way there.
