Arms are hurting abit but only on my bench day, and it doesnt worry me that much because at the meet i am stretched out and warm from squat so it doesnt bother me too much. Also the ibuprofen has fully kicked in.

Tried to hit 3 singles with 95-100% on DL. got 1x515, 535 started rolling out of my hands on the way back down, andi got 550 to my knees and thenit rolled as I was still going up. I was pissed but not too worried. Everything always feels better at the meet because squatting warms me up and i am in the zone.
Rack pulls: 2x1x535, held for 10 seconds at top
power shrugs: 3x405
I am ready for my down weeks and then the meet.

shrugs: done behind the back with camber bar so i don’t hit my butt or crush my nuts–3x8x235
db curl: 20x30, 20x40
Feel really good for the meet, numbers are good, and just gonna have fun and be smart
