Hi CT! I’ve done your 915 program and it worked for me great, i saw your new program and i’m interested in trying it. I have a question about isometric part. Do we use excessive overload, the weight we can’t lift and then try to push/pull as hard or do yielding isometrics. fighting gravity?
I used pins to press against on bench press … Press hard as you can for 5-9 seconds
Did an isometric hold 5-9 seconds in the lower part of squat
And same with deadlift did one rep then slowly lowered to lower part of lift and held for 5-9
Each exercise paired with a explosive speed exercise ???
Am still not sure how many sets to do for the isometric and overloading part can u help me?
