Got sidetracked…
Exhibit B
I had a happy trail in 6th grade, a goatee in 7th, and a full beard in 10th. In high school I was the guy everyone asked to go buy cigs and liquor from the corner store. I was known for getting into to bars and clubs when I was 16.
Nowadays I keep it low (#1 or #2 guard on a pair of clippers) otherwise some people think I’m of “terrorist descent” as some have put it.

X,
That pic caught me by surprise. I laughed. Hard. Harder when Lew commented, as that is why I was laughing! But, I can say that it’s taken me a few years to finally get my grown man on. I,too, was a victim of “spots” during my high school years. But I did have chest hair by 15. Just as recently as last November, I had a full head of hair, beard, and mustache. I miss it all. I think I’ll grow it all back upon leaving Afghanistan. That’ll give me enough time to head back stateside this summer with my hair and beard flowing…
It took me 3 hours to figure out how to not frown. I know it goes against the codes of B.I.G.D.I.C.K. but I was trying not to scare the white folks.
It’s Black History Month - we get to scare as many white folks as we want and get no negative repercussions. Get your Angry Black Man on my brotha!
Someone happened to ask me why I don’t smile in pictures (I haven’t found one that I have actually)…and I thought of the Prof X’s other thread, so I quick wittily said, “Black men don’t smile in pictures…It’s Black History Month!” Got a good laugh from that…not sure why though.
Wait Bro C… didn’t one of your old avatars show a pic of you with sunglasses and a smile?

Exactly. Black Hawkman used to be a smiling white guy…before that lab accident that gave him his powers of blackness.

You can’t tell, but I’m not smiling in this picture either.
my girl likes my beard,
i think I look like a boy without it…i don’t think you’ll have that problem
Going back to the patch means the beard has to come off right away. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been completely clean. It’s going to be a sad day.
Is anyone else’s beard A LOT darker than their hair? My hair is like a dirty blonde (depending on the time of year) and my beard is jet black. People actually accuse me of dying it. Then I show them that the carpet matches the chin curtains to remove all doubt.
No I am tri colored, dirty blond head hair. Black, auburn and now gray goatee. Fucking kids, make me old. ![]()
