What happened man? I recently had to change browsers just be able to log in to youtube. I hate chrome btw, so it’s a painful thing. I just keep two browsers open one for youtube(chrome) and the other for everything else.

My whole life growing up, we never had money for TV, computers, internet, cells, etc. Just had the basics, and that was awesome. My time was spent on ranches, the river, the lake, the mountains, etc. Then I went to college, built my first computer, and all went down hill from there.

Was like a fucking crack attack. Couldn’t stop playing games, fixing shit, hacking, etc. Then I started working for VNet, and it got even worse. Now, I’m burnt out, and pissed off I ever learned what a computer is. It’s one reason I quit lifting after high school. Again, crack addict syndrome.

I’m to the point now, where I see a porn, and it does nothing for me. As a friend last night said, if porn doesn’t even thrill you anymore, you have been desensitized by the internet. Plus, the amount of stupid people out there makes me want to punch babies.

So yeah, a way bigger issue then just a fucking browser. lol I’m going back to my roots. Other then a game League of Legends from time to time, this forum, EliteFTS, my GMail account, and another forum, I’m done. Getting rid of the DroidX and going to a pay by use phone with no texting as well. Doing this, before I really blow up. Also going to move. Fucking pot head fuck of a roommate. Should of learned my lesson with my cousin… God damn lazy fuck.

Koub treat it just like you would powerlifting. You have your intense phases and you have your deloads. Sometimes the deload or time away or time off may vary in length depending on how long of a break you need. Take a deload from porn specifically and you will be fine. I know that sounds weird, but simply taking a break will help. It’s kinda like eating the same thing every day, sooner or later you’ll get tired of it, but after a break and you come back to it and it will be good again.

You’re essentially addicted to the serotonin release, and you’ve kinda built up an intolerance to it. Where normal levels don’t effect you like it used to. So you just simply need a break and if everything else is good you’ll go back to or close to normal. That has been tried and true for many many people for that kind of stuff.

As for the stupid people, i bring you Vermin supreme? See video. Tell me that doesn’t make you laugh your ass off at the stupidity. There are always going to be people with an abundance of bats loose in the belfry.

Hey, good luck with finding a new place. A fresh start will be awesome. I’m one of the few (or so I’ve learned) that actually loves to move. I even like helping people move. But, you’re a little far away. Loading and loading boxes, carrying one end of a couch, assembling box springs, rolling up area rugs. Then, beer and pizza. Yep, it’s a fucking party.

And I went through a spell not too long ago where I gave up on the internet and all of its information. I don’t want to know what anyone else thinks I can or can not do or should or should not do. I know what I want, and I’m going for it. All of it.

Light and quick. Just laid the 165 on my chest, and exploded as hard as I could, which caused half my body to lift (yes my 330 lbs of sexy beast). Chick asked how heavy it was. She was baffled that it was 40 lbs more then her. lol Had my chiro do his magic today as well. Just laid on the table, and just from that he went ā€œOh wow.ā€ Great sign right away. Apparently my spine kind of made a C shape almost. No wonder I was in constant pain, and my upper back would cramp like no other… Now my mood is better overall, and talked things through with the roommate. He understands where I’m coming from with my past of abuse (yes…) and will keep it away, and start helping out. Hope for the best.

This is good man, things are lookin up for ya. It’s fun when you do the relatively light weight hard and explosive and you come off the bench like that.

So I sit here, wanting to punch something… Ever since I pulled my IT band, squats have been nothing but a fucking joke for me. Use to be my best lift. I love squatting, but I’m almost to the point now where I despise it. FML… Every step or move I make, all I can say is ā€œfuckā€. Probably broken the world record by now for how many times you can say it.

Kouba-you can’t pull your IT band-you pull the shit that attaches to it. Check out your hamstring and quad length, and your hip internal and external rotation. I can send you videos if you need them. Just from reading what you’ve written several times I’m guessing it’s something in there , and once you fix it, squats will come. Only get angry enough to do something to fix it.

Hey, I followed you over here from Lula’s log. I didn’t know you were working with Josh. I’m going to run my current plan for a couple more months, have a 1RM test day and then assess whether coaching makes sense.

I’ll be picking your brain a bit about Josh if that is OK. Nothing confidential, of course.

Lula - I know you can’t really tear (if you do you have other shit broke too), but without going to the doctor, I never knew what it was. My guess was the Lateralis, but meh. Need to enlighten me on the quad/hammie thing. Haven’t read that one. Don’t laugh, but my internal rotation sucks. Maybe 10 degrees. External is about 50-60 degrees. mobilitywod is good stuff. Used a couple of things from there. You can put your foot down anytime. You are the one actually able to school for this stuff. I’ll take anything you can give.

So yeah, back is fucked. Took 3 hours of heat, mobility, rolling and stretching to walk half way decent. So, instead of taking the pup out to the river again today, it’s rehab day. Hopefully after hitting it hard today, it’s doing a lot better. One thing I’ve been given is decent recovery time, as long it didn’t rip. No bruising, so I doubt it. Got to get ready for deficit deads on Thursday. Yes, I am that fucking stupid and going to attempt. lol I did straight legs a couple of weeks ago with the same injury.
