Have a knot that is moving between the glutes and low back. Was able to get it to release in warm ups. Everything felt great. Got 2" from lockout, and blacked out. Fell forward, and bounced off my neck and head, and left a nice red mark from traps to top of head. Pretty sure I got a concussion on top of it, as my pupils were real small, and my head is now throbbing like a mother fucker. I had the god damn thing too… A legit 500 squat is either going to kill me, or become a reality. About killed me today…

Seriously though, i hope you’re okay man. Check out this video, looks like you had a little too much pressure built up in your head instead of your belly. Subtle difference but maybe thinking about where your air is might help next time.

Not good. Got 325 up with no problems. 355 came up about an inch and I stopped for safety reasons (and long term longevity in the sport) All I’m going to say, as I don’t want no fucking mom treatment bullshit.

Quick and easy. Did the rack pulls to test shoulder. Fucking good to go. While rolling, found some really deep, nasty knots in the left bicep area. I had to put some force into them to find. Maybe this whole situation stemmed from this? After working them out for the most part, my shoulder/arm felt a 100 times better. Shoulder capsule last night felt a little weird, but today feels pretty good. Will continue to hit them with the roller, and ice the shit out of everything. Judgement day - 8 days and counting.

Some old school shit that still to this day gets my blood boiling.

This is it. All the pain, vomit, blood, and blacking out; none of fucking matters. All that fucking matters is that few seconds as you grasp the cold steel. It will rip your hands open, try to squish you to the ground like a bug, and it will even make you feel like your a lump of shit. But that doesn’t fucking matter either. All that fucking matters is that point in time, with a rage of sow Grizzly protecting her cubs, and every darkest fucking thought you have ever felt. You stare down that bar, and make it your bitch. Grip and fucking rip. That’s all there is. That few seconds, where you are indestructible. Nothing else in your life matters more then those few seconds. A fraction of time for most, but a lifetime for those who overcome.

I wish everyone could feel that few seconds. Most take the easy road though. Really is a shame. There is no amount of alcohol, pot, meth, etc. that come compare to the buzz of success. Those are easy to get though. Really is such a shame…

Yes, I pulled 600, and got 355 on the bench (no shoulder pain but it affected that last 2 months of training…).

Tomorrow starts the countdown to the meet in December in Arlington, TX. 29 weeks. Goals are to hit a 550 squat, 400 bench, and a 700 pull. Almost give me my Elite total.

Heracles, not sure if you know yet, but the meet in Billings is cancelled.

Yeah i noticed something was up when the registration says closed with all the times and everything in there. Kinda throwing me off a little as to training, but i have physics to keep me occupied most of the summer. Finally got into the clas.
