this was basically just an angry workout. I chose biceps and abs cause they both heal very fast on me.

You break into there house when they arent home and hide in the attic until they are asleep then come down and force them to drink vodka at gun point until they pass out, light a cigarette and make sure the smoke goes in one of thier lungs. Then leave the cigarette on the bed and start a fire with it.
When the police come it will look like they got drunk passed out and accidently started a fire and died. All the evidence of you will be burned up and there will be no proof.
Be sure to take some valuable tools from their garage, if the police ask you can say they lent them to you for a job you had to do.
…But really, that sucks man.
