BDE's BB Comp and Cycle Log

I was quite excited today to see that my order from one of the sources (AL) I ordered from came in today, and it only took 5 business days! That’s lightning fast. Props to the guy who let me in on the source.

I didn’t realize how small everything would be! That’s ridiculous! The vials, the pills, just everything’s a lot smaller. Oh well haha.

The order contained my Tren, Nolva, and Adex. Now to wait on the Test and HCG from my other source.

That weight is at contest weight at a BF% many do not hit for contest.

Hell, let’s add 10% BF onto myself (to emulate a level of BF% that I might hit my max amount of muscle at) + the at least 5 lbs lbs of LBM I lost to get down to this BF% + those extra 10 lbs of muscle that I can gain. That puts me at about 260 lbs still pretty lean for my natural estimated limit. Is that a better number for you?

BDE, I know this is your first cycle of AAS, but have you done anything un-natural to get to 4.5%? Such as clen, albuterol, t3…etc? Or is it just diet? Any ephedrine?
I literally know nothing about cutting (not that I’m an exepert on bulking, either) but 4.5% is amazing, IMO.

I understand ya can’t post pics but I’d be really interested if there are any pics at all you can throw up (arm only… leg only… etc)

I signed up for a local eating contest 1 week from my competition on a Saturday. Saw a flyer, so I went to the sign-up sheet and entered for shits’n’titters. I consider it a reward for being so diligent with my contest diet. It also contained a vote as to what the contest food should be. They had hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza, and wings. I voted for pizza, but I’ll be good with anything. Wings would probably be the worst choice for me because if they’re spicy, I’m screwed because I don’t do spicy and I also don’t like concentrating on whether or not I left any meat on the wing. I just like to eat stuff whole.

I think it’s almost going to be too unfair. I mean how will they compete against a guy who has been practically starving himself for months? Plus I practically lived off these kinds of challenges while in college. This’ll be interesting. I’ll keep you guys posted on this as well.

And what would be the most effective way of taking my 30mg of Dianabol throughout the day? I was thinking a morning dose at around 9 am of 10mg, another 10mg at my 2pm-ish meal, then 10mg pre-workout. My workout will be starting at 9pm. My question is, how long before my workout should I take it for it to be most effective? An hour, half an hour, etc?

There is a thread titled ‘preworkout stimulants’… or something to that effect. I have read it is best to split the dbol, but that if taken ~3 hours before a workout, it is a great boost to workout. You know I have no experience on this… this is what I’ve heard/read.

As far as the eating contest… I hope you mean 1 week after your competition… right?

Thats exactly what I was thinking, lol!

Actually, I think it would be best to take my Dbol in the morning, preworkout, and before I go to bed. That way I get the anabolic effects of it while I’m sleeping. It will also promote the most stable blood levels. So I’ll probably take it at 9 am, 7 pm, and 1 am for stability.

BDE. Tren Ace can be regular yellow not strongly colored and whatnot. So I think you’re fine there. I can send you a pic of the tren ace I got and you can compare colors. Then again color is largely based on the type or kind of oil used so color can be meaningless too.

Regarding dbol; since you had all the test and other injectables in you maintaining a perfect balance is less mission critical with your dbol. That is, you don’t need to take 10mg every 8 hours to provide steady levels. Also remember 6 hours seems like dbol’s half life.

I deduce you workout around 8-9pm or so. I’d recommend dbol at 9am 2pm and 7pm in your case. Something like that. Its 100% OK to take extra dbol pre-training. Some guys take dbol as a pre workout product. That is 30mg ED but all 30mg pre-training.

Now you can take it every 8 hours and shoot for stable levels but you don’t have to. Dbol is more of a pumper so its value while you sleep is less than while you train IMO

You’re right. I work out at 9pm. As for the dosing times, I think I’m gonna try my way first and see how that goes. Afterall, I’m looking for growth, not a little bit better of a workout in the gym like someone like you may be looking for since you’re a strength athlete, and I think that the added benefit of its anabolism during nighttime will help cause hypertrophy.

As a fellow competitive eater lol, i suggest the days after your show leading up to the eating show stretch your stomach out. in my experience i cant eat like i normally can right after a show. it takes a couple “stuffings” before my stomach can handle the load.

I do find that dbol post workout, works wonder for offsetting training induced catabolism, which is indeed still an issue even on a test based cycle.

BDE on dbol and tren be cautious of night time cramping if you don’t drink enough water. I often train at 10pm or so myself on my off work days and would take 20mg or so of dbol at like 9pm. If I then train 90 minutes or so and go home and eat and go to sleep around 1 or 2 I more than once woke up to a crippling charlie horse. Sure you can talk mineral balance and hydration; I’m just saying be aware

I take in 2+ gallons of liquid a day, which is plenty. Hopefully with that much liquid I won’t get any of those cramps of which you speak.

Not much to update. Shit sucks to do, but I’m hangin’ in there. Very slightly below 4% BF, like 3.9ish. I will be lucky to hit 3.5% for comp. Tomorrow’s my last large carb reload until after comp. I will be starting carb depletion in the next few days, probably sometime in the middle of next week. Keep on watching for updates.
