Can anyone recommend any good ones? Preferably with simpler, good tasting recipes?

Gourmet Nutrition hands down

I got the V1 of John Berardi’s gourmet nutrition (coming with the PN package). It provided me with some tasty recipes and some helpful food preparation tips. A common theme in the recipes is reduction of the saturated fat and carb contents (and thereby calories) in “anytime meals” and recipes with more carbs as “post workout meals”. Apart from that: Except for desserts, it is in general easy to use recipes from “normal” cooking books and just remove stuff (e.g. flour, bread crumbs from meat loaf) or replace side dishes (rice, pasta, potatoes,…) with green vegetables to get low carb meals.

As for desserts I generally either get the real deal in a weekly cheat meal or make myself a shake with vanilla MD, frozen blueberries and peanut butter. If you like to have more desserts, there is:
