This is so bad it is not worth discussing why.

cheating sucks period.
Yeah guys, let’s synthesize testosterone from testosterone!
This is the most skewed use of “controlled” I have ever seen. Sure, they’re controlled in the UK and many countries, but they purposely make it sound like it’s illegal to possess and use.
I’m pretty sure the effects of hormones on the body is pretty well understood.

I appreciate that there is even anyone left trying to claim steroids don’t do exactly what they are supposed to do.
One more added to the heap.
I’m continually amazed by how many of these “Reader’s Digest” type steroid articles there are floating around.
No objectivity. No facts. No science.
Just a bunch of recycled fluff written at a sixth grade reading level.
Complete Garbage.
I sure hope you UK citizens are gearing up to oppose this idiocy. You guys are about 15+ years behind where we are in the states with this AAS legislation, but if you guys don’t try then it’ll be hopeless. It might already be, but at least you can slow the rate of legislation down with a concerted effort.
Anyway, yes that was stupid.

Ahem…

Hopefully it will shame these twits into doing the right thing, but I won’t hold my breath…The WW2 generation BBC have got to be embarrased by the way BBC have conducted business since the late 1970’s…

I couldn’t resist sending a message to the ‘have your say’ team:
[b]Your article “Steroid Q & A” was laughably inaccurate. As a medical student, and someone who has studied the effects of steroids for many years, I was extremely disappointed by the ‘quality’ of the journalism in this article.
Sensationalism is really the only word for the level of ‘news’ that this article represents, and coming from a respected source like the BBC, this is not acceptible.

I wonder if it will have any effect, lol!
