This is the most skewed use of “controlled” I have ever seen. Sure, they’re controlled in the UK and many countries, but they purposely make it sound like it’s illegal to possess and use.

I’m pretty sure the effects of hormones on the body is pretty well understood.

I sure hope you UK citizens are gearing up to oppose this idiocy. You guys are about 15+ years behind where we are in the states with this AAS legislation, but if you guys don’t try then it’ll be hopeless. It might already be, but at least you can slow the rate of legislation down with a concerted effort.
