Thanks for your 5/3/1 programmes, they are simply great.
My doubt is, in Beyond 5/3/1 book, when you talk about the BBB 5x1 Variation, for the BBB sets you may use the %weight of your initial TM or you adjust the numbers to the new TM’s?
I mean, the goal of BBB 5x1 is to perform 5 sets of 1 rep with your initial TM or to do it with your initial TM plus the increases for each cycle?
