  1. Bench: 255x3, 225x5, 205x6
    Bench was stronger on the Juggernaut AI program. I’ve only been horizontal pressing 1x/week for the past three weeks versus 3x on the AI. 3 @ 255 was a grind.

  2. BB Row: 185x10

  3. Tricep Extension off Bench: 12
    These always feel great.

  4. Lateral Raise: 20x10

  5. DB Reverse Fly: 20x8

  6. BB Curl: 45x40 reps as fast as possible

Lower 2: 11/20

  1. Deadlift: 495x4x4
    Feeling real good today.

  2. Leg Press: 5 plates x 14 (2 rep PR)

  3. Leg Curl: 150x9

  4. Hip Thrust: 225x15

  5. Hanging Leg Raise: 12
