Are those reps on deadlifts touch-and-go or deadstop?
Also how many hours of sleep do you average?

They are all touch and go trying to keep tension on the muscle.
I usually get 6-8 hours and then try to catch an hour nap during the day if
I can after lunch.
wow…pretty awesome stuff going on in here…
Some people train with heavy weight for low reps. Some people train with light weight for high reps. I train with heavy weight for high reps.
I wish you could fit all of that in a log title.

Stupid character amount restrictions for titles! =D
Just did cardio this morning and some light abdominal work. Heading out of town this evening and will be back tomorrow to blast the hell out of arms.
Well, Holy Hell, my jaw just hit the floor reading this.
Brothers, we have ourselves one bona-friggin-fied BEAST rightcheah.
Bauber, all I can say is-- well done, man. You have another student.
So, in that other thread that turned into a bucket of horse shit, I saw one little nugget of gold. You mentioned something about a whole day dedicated to ABZZZZ. I’m curious to know what that looks like (or will look like).
Keep it up, brother.

I am going to be honest the first time I heard my trainer at the time tell me what we were doing for the day (fly day). I was not impressed, but it kicked my ass and I have never been so sore pectorally. Has become a staple of my chest workout and really helped a lot.

Body weight - 30
5 lbs db - 30
10 lbs db - 30

Same position but pulling knees to chest

15 lbs db - 30
This next exercises is a bit different. I put my legs over the bars meant to keep your knees down on the pulldown cable machine. This allows me to get a long stretch backwards and really pound the abdominals.
Bodyweight - 30
Bodyweight - 30
25 lbs - 30
25 lbs - 30
25 lbs - 30
Barbell ab rollers.
I put 10’s on each side and extend out with it as far as possible and then back really focusing on contracting the abdominals slowly
5 sets of 25
I usually finish up with some cable crunches. I keep them light, but very high rep
3 sets of 50
And I am done. Takes me about 50 mins.

BEST POST.
At what point do you throw on a belt on the front squats, deads and BB rows? Im assuming you use one. Same with knee wraps, you use them?

On front squats I throw it on when I go over 275. Deads anything over 405 and usually right after the 2nd set of BB rows. I don’t use knee wraps unless I am going very heavy on the leg press or if I feel any soreness or minor pain around the knee.
Just started using knee wraps some about a year ago. My older training partner bought me a pair and suggested I use them on heavy sets. His knees are shot to hell from years of heavy abuse.
If you competed in PL, you’d put up a pretty beastly total…just sayin…that would be quite something…

Funny you say that because I always thought myself pretty weak compared to powerlifting standards lol. It would probably be respectable, but nothing impressive.
