I’ve only had one incident this year.
I made a spray bottle full of the vaporizor stuff for humidifiers, like Vicks, and misted it around the base. They don’t like that stuff.

If you have questions about equipment just post in the bigger stronger leaner thread. There is also a show us your pets thread if you want to post pics of your kitty cats. Or you can start a training log in that section and post your workouts or whatever you want, equipment, cats, your body etc…

Great imput. OK, so apparently whatever photos Ive taken on my phone don’t meet the criteria for whatever is acceptible on here to download. How to I convert my pictures of cats and owrkput equip.emt into something that is acceptible for t-nation!

Sorry, can’t help you there. I have an old galaxy s9 and have never had a problem. Mine saves them as jpg.
You really shouldn’t have to do anything.
Hit the upload icon, select photo. Thats about it.
We just exist in their world…
