Based on Experience: HST or DC

i know, i’m interested in strength actually, but i just wanted to learn about various training methods :slight_smile:

The less overall mass you have, the worse a protruding stomach is going to look on you. A big guy can pull off having a big gut because everything else on him is big. A skinny guy with a distended stomach looks awful.

Can skinny guys get distended stomachs? YOU BET. This is one of the main reasons which prevents skinny guys from trying to eat up too much.

He can be at 11% and have a bulk belly. Perfectly believable.
