After your week off, are you able to resume training at your previous weight levels are do they slightly decrease? Just plain old curiosity.[/quote]
I’m usually stronger or at least not weaker when I hit the weights again

I actually saw David Paul in the Documentary “Worlds Strongest Boy” on the Discovery channel. They interviewed him during a photo shoot he was doing with Richard Sandrak. I remember the first time I saw them on T.V. was a talk show where they demonstrated their strength. One doing a reverse 550lb bench and the other curling 150lb db’s.
Twin Sitters (1994)
It’s comic calamities times two when the bodybuilding Barbarian Brothers are hired to look after a businessman’s obnoxious twin nephews while he testifies against a mob boss. The muscle-bound babysitters have their hands full taking care of the kids…and some gangsters who are after them to keep their uncle quiet. With Jared Martin, Paul Bartel, George Lazenby. 93 min. Standard; Soundtrack: English Dolby Digital stereo.
Joseph Cousins, Christian Cousins, Barry Dennen, George Lazenby, Mother Love, Jared Martin, David Paul, Peter Paul
So ok I am ignorant… but the truth is those who really know what they are doing don’t post in great detail or not at all…
Really? And, how would you know that?

I live right by the boarder of Mexico and as such there as you may or may not know a huge amount of anabolics coming out of there… Many Bodybuilders (dudes that compete NPC and some IFBB) ether come here or have donkeys (people that bring the drug over)then ship to or give to them this side of the border…
Not that shit they sell right on the other side of the boarder where you get wink… wink… a cuban cigar or wink… wink… good tequila… NO… there is a hierarchy of anabolics with those that know and those that just think they know, by looking up pics of bottles on the internet…
The pharmacies that have the gear are under corrupt government officials (not officially of coarse) but they use and help with the distribution of that and many other Rx like but not limited to morphine…
There is currently a blood bath by the way going on right now over there (13 murdered this weekend alone)… google Juarez Mexico
So how do I know this…
I will not say…
Use your imagination that’s all I will say on the matter…
When I lived in L.A. I saw one of the bros (nto sure which is which) at the L.A. Zoo. I was sketching, and he was there with some chick snapping photos (I think he’s actually a legit photographer these days). He was still dressed the same (tight jeans, midriff shirt), but looked about half the size of any of the pics you may have seen.

Of course there is such a thing as overtraining. Ask anyone to squat to the max every day. No amount of food will heal you. There’s always a point where an activity can exceed one’s ability to recover, let alone supercompensate, for it.

yea some call them mules but the term is burro in spanish and it translates to donkey but both are used… here any ways…
It sucks to be one what ever they call you… low pay and high risk.
I don’t think people thought about overtraining in that time period.the mindset was train as hard and heavy as you can ,eat a lot of good quality food and grow big and strong.I was fortunate to see the Brothers train in the 79-82 time period .They were very impressive and intense, training in their work boots, carpenter pants and flanel shirts.
The Brothers and Tom Platz really kicked butt when they trained, like they were training for Battle.I dont remember their weights on bars ,but whenever they used any machine they would use the whole weight stack with several extra 45’s pinned on.i remember them repping out on their first set of t-bar rows with 8-45’s ,and then adding plates till no more could be added.Baaddd!!! MoFo’s is what I thought.
