Should i reduce the weights and focus on more acceleration for my lifts and progress through explosion and the weight will increase naturally or should I keep trying to force things.

No, it would be smarter to continue gaining strength and adding jumps at the beginning of your workouts. Jumps are the best and simplest way to maintain or gain explosiveness.
