A lot of great information on here!
I’ve settled on doing Weighted-Dips and French Presses (high-incline, overhead w/ EZ-bar) on my Push A, and Behind-the-head Skullcrushers along with Overhead DB Extensions on Push B. Hopefully I won’t lose out on overall size by going with 3/4 extension movements, but I’m generally doing kingbeef’s split and he seems to recommend a lot of extension movements.
Btw Stu, I’ve been doing extension before contraction exercises and its been working pretty well!
