I obviously did something wrong, I pinned in my thigh 3 days ago “win” “250” and “decca” leg is stil sore a little swollen and warm with a red tint. How long does this usually last?
Winstrol is notoriously painful. So that’s not surprising. Go with glutes instead of your quads. You’ll thank me later.

Thanks will do, and normally hit the glutes with no issues but I’m pinning ed with the win and every other day with the test and decca so I was trying to spread out my spots
