I have a huge amount of respect for guys that go to those competitions. It’s a metric f*ck-ton of work. The only thing I will say in my own defense is that my section runs an average of 300 operations a year, so I don’t have the motivation to train like that anymore. I’m also almost 50 now, so I’m gonna leave that stuff to you younger fellas.
