Bad Coconut Milk?

Hey guys,

How can you tell if coconut milk has gone bad? I’ve just recently started drinking it and I noticed my carton has passed the “best by” date (actually it was on the 5th). Didn’t know if there was a certain smell/taste/look coconut milk has once it isn’t good anymore.

It will definitely smell “off” once it has started to go bad. I wouldn’t leave it past a week.

go by smell, your instinct can’t be wrong.
