9 weeks out from the SPF Pro/Am in Myrtyle Beach April 19th. Won the Heavyweight Class in November at my second bodybuilding show and narrowly lost the overall. Competed in single ply gear last year for a change but I’m back to RAW PL’ing again. I plan to compete in the 198’s hovering around 212-215 and will start a slow cut to 205ish and the rest will be water.
I had the same surgery as John Meadows and have no colon so rehydration is usually hard, however my GF is a nurse so she’ll use and IV to keep me properly hydrated for health reasons.
I’m going to be using Micro PA and Indigo along with HBCD’s and Hydrolyzed casein and an intra workout drink consisting of a specific ratio of Leucine, Alanine, Glycine and Glutamine.
The Plan is to go, 630-400-600@198. This will be a 142lb increase in my RAW total and believe it’s doable with my workouts.
My split will also change as I start the new supplements
Very impressive lifts. How have you found that your training in the low rep ranges has interacted with your pursuit of hypertrophy in the bodybuilding arena? How has your programming changed over time?

Its only helped, I use periods of volume and higher reps as well and my assistance work is usually hypertrophy range work as well. I have no desire to be any bigger than 220. I’m also fresco roman/freestyle wrestling again.
I’m taking a deload week in the volume department:
02.25.2014
Squat
135x5
225x5
315x5
405x1
add belt
455x1
add light metal wraps
500x1
add EFS Heavy Wraps
550x1<-----Was going to most likely be my opener but after hitting it at 7 weeks out and fairly easy I expect it to be maybe 25lbs higher as I’s like to hit 630-650, I just suck at walking it out
