Tried pilates as rehab…
Over stressed rt arm adjacent to the surgery sight.
Even so, I’m convinced pilates rehab is the right move. Lots of complaints from little muscles all over. But I need to take recovery very seriously. I’ve also backed off to every other week. We also had a talk about reducing the intensity an f-ton…

3 weeks to recover.
Only got 2 rides in as didn’t want to risk re-injury.

So was thinking I’d have to back down the weight on, especially on the rt. but tried where I left off and it seems fine. A couple days will tell.

I got a good lift in, then was fairly sedentary…

move my arm, washing my head for godsake…

And something just fucking hurt…
Straight line, like maybe 2cm from the split of anterior and middle delt… Like a line, maybe 1/2 inch around about 4 inches… shoulder to top inboard bicep…

fuck it hurt…,
like nerve pain, pure… legs go weak pain… Fuck what did I do now?

I don’t allow myself an NSAID even with trigeminals… aka suicide disease,…

But this? 4 Naproxen. As much for the anti-inflammatory effect as hope it will blunt this.

So 2 thick layers of penetrex and a huge one of diclofenac sodium… Both more for tomorrow, due to anti-inflammatory effect and hopefully I’ll avoid re-injure it tomorrow.

Fuck, arm is basically useless. Pains numb, down to outer 2 fingers.

Can’t buy a break…

I wish I could be of some medical advice. But, I know better. I hope you work through this soon.
