My advice is stop worrying about numbers for a while and just focus on body comp. I remember you seeing great results when zraw was doing your diet, so why not get back to that? You will get stronger in squat and dead lift if you don’t freak out about the decrease in bodyweight.[/quote]
Yeah i know what you mean. I’m thinking to switch from this programme and go back to more of a bb style, more reps and sets just to do as much ‘work’ as possible.
Still following that Zraw gave me as well to a certain extent.
I have one of the strangest bodies i’ve ever seen. Thighs are approx 30’, bi’s are approx 19,calves 18’ but naval is 42! I weight 240lbs but i can do pull ups and dips pretty well.
My forearms and arms aren’t super lean but they do not reflect the size of my waistline.
Been working and travelling a lot recently, again kinda forgot I had this log.
Bit of an update.
01/01/2015 - 247lbs
21/08/2015 - 223lbs
Sometime in May was a 10 day trip to florida. Lets just i ate a lot of food. A few business trips in this period etc so weight loss has been a lot slower than I’m normally used to but i feel a lot better.
Cardio is normally barbell complexes or swimming. Also started doing yoga and Pilates.
Added cardio into my routine, naval has dropped from 42’’ to just under 39’'.
Strength is down a little bit but i’m not concerned with tat. Been running 5/3/1 for the last 8 weeks with boring but big.
