Meh, kinda pointless at the min tbh. Still a fat fuck lol

Bench Pr last night 352lbs,

Dip Pr - 8 reps BW 90lbs. Which for me is about a 330lb dip x 8

More bench prs - 315 x 5, 326 x 2, 330 x 2, 341 x 2

Got a sling shot coming this week… oosh

Strength is going up pretty consistently.

Bench PR this morning - 352 x 1

Also hit 253 x 20

Deadlift PR yesterday 550 x 1

Also hit 330 x 12

Squat is getting a lot better as well - managed 242 x 20 and 400 x 1 - expecting my 1 rm to go up significantly over the next few weeks.

No shit. Quit “killing it” being 30% plus.

Where did i say i was killing it?

Are things a bigger achievement when your at a lower body fat?

I didn’t wana say anything.

Btw i ‘Killed’ it this morning -

Bench PR 357.5 x 1

258.5 x 20

Goals for the end of November are

6 plate per side Dead
5 plate per side Squat
4 plate per side Bench

I’ll second what they said, and I think I lift.

This is a pointless thread to have in this section. And considering the name of the forum, I’d say getting to a reasonable bodyfat is probably something worth talking about.

OP what is your current BW?

Around 242lbs at the moment

Where would you suggest it be? (srs not sarcastic)

Just looked at your log and yeah you lift so opinions are always welcomed. I don’t have a log on here coz its a waste of time, i have my own paper which i work from.

I’m always working on getting my bodyfat down, always been a constant struggle for me.

I think the hate is that you seem to be using this thread as a log to post your PRs when most people would rather you use the log section of the site to post about your PRs. Whether you post a daily workout would be completely up to you, but I think people are just wondering why you would continually post PRs in this thread when that’s not really what this subforum is about.

I don’t care either way, just trying to clear up the confusion.

No worries.

(mods can you move this to the log section) ?

Check it out, we’re in the logs section

FWIW this is my current workout plan

Day 1 - Bench, Squat, Dips
Day 2 - Deadlift and Bent over row, straight arm pulldown, shrugs
Day 3 - Bench, Squat, Dips
Day 4 - Deadlift and Bent over row, straight arm pulldown, shrugs
Day 5 - Off
Day 6 - Bench, Squat, Dips
Day 7 - Deadlift and Bent over row, straight arm pulldown, shrugs
Day 8 - Repeat from day 1

Supps,
ON Amino Energy,
Whey Isolate plus carb matrix recovery drink
Cla
Green tea Extract,
ZMA
ON Gold Standard Whey

Much better.

My advice is stop worrying about numbers for a while and just focus on body comp. I remember you seeing great results when zraw was doing your diet, so why not get back to that? You will get stronger in squat and deadlift if you don’t freak out about the decrease in bodyweight.
