Back From the Dead

Friday was legs:

hack squats: 4 sets of 8-10 doing a drop set on the last set
leg press: 3 sets of 10-12

  • set PR’s on both of the above exercises
    leg curls: 3x10 with max weight on the machine
    single leg ext: 2x12

squats with bands:
worked up to 315x5 with red bands doubled up on both sides. This was a big PR for me which is insane that it came at the end of the workout!

Leg extensions: 2x20

Well my legs were slightly sore this weekend but not nearly as bad as I would have expected! Haha my lower back well that’s a different story! I’ve been able to push myself really hard lately and my joints and lower back aren’t liking it. Ha could also be due to the 40 pounds I’ve put on in the last 3 months!

Excited about chest tomorrow but for now it’s 8 hours of sleep!
