lay on a foam roller vertically for the “chest” tightness. 10 mins a day for a couple of weeks works wonders. Its postural that one.

Oh, and its a rib that likes to find its way out of alignment. no biggie now but it can become quite painful. just keep putting it back in place and strengthen your upper back. Hopefully, it will never become an issue.
