Great progress. You look really solid!

Decided to see how my body reacts to dieting down for cuts, now that I am almost 37. Been 16 days since I cut my carbs right down, no cheat meals, pure clean high protein, low fat, low carb. I’ll post new photo’s in 4 more weeks to see how they compare. Any comments on my transformation are very welcome.

In 9 months I’ve gone from 191 lbs skinny with high fat % and no training for 4 years, to 242lbs in August, and now down to 220lbs. Certainly been an adventure, aiming for 8% bodyfat @ around 210lbs. Currently @ 14% bodyfat.
