300mg to 1000mg daily, dosed every 12 hours. Not for too long at a time (I would take it 4 months tops) since it can cause peripheral neuropathy. Mkae sure it is Pyridoxine Hydrochloride and not Pyridoxal Hydrochloride. Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) is far better, because it is the active B6. Get this if you can find it. 50-200mg daily dosed every 12 hours.

good to know^^^

For best results, use 200mg P5P ED, 1200mg SAMe ED (divided doses), and 400mg Vitamin E ED. I was injecting daily with 50mg Tren A (along with 50mg Test P and 50mg Mast P), and still had some issues. After a bit more reading on here, my issues might have been E2 rather than prolactin related. This time around I am taking the above, and also taking 0.5mg Arimidex ED. Last time I thought the mast would cover me as an AI, but that might not have been the case. I am on day 6 of the above again, and have not had any issues. I am also taking winstrol this time though (as well as tbol), so the anti-progestin activity of the winny might be helping as well.

But as for the three anti-prolactins, those are the max dosages - seemed to work the best for me.

So you take these instead of say Prami or Caber?

Vitex agnus-castus is also supposed to lower prolactin

Yes, haven’t touched caber or prami. Thought I was getting some prolactin sides on my first short cycle with tren, but in retrospect I wasn’t taking an AI and think it was more likely E related (I was taking tren a/test p/mast p, and thought the mast would do the job of an AI. I was wrong). Currently in second one with same dosages, still taking the above for prolactin and added adex. No issues.

B6 didn’t do shit
