Coach thank you for writing this book. I have always loved sub maximal singles and have always used them in my workout. I used the Russian strength skill workouts many times. Now that I am getting older love circuits and I started using the workman approach listed in your ebook. I have a home gym so it’s easier. I am using two different sessions in a week. A) Zercher squats, bench press, t-bar row. B) deadlift from shins, 70 degree incline press, neutral grip pull ups.
My question is can this be on consecutive days? Probably, No more than two in a row. And can I do conditioning after I’m done if it’s held to less than ten minutes?
