Shit guys I feel …like ancient here. I guess I am the old fart here at 44 huh? Been training for 10 years, don’t remember how many years was the right way and the wrong way. Had to learn on my own.But must be doing something right.
I’m 39, but believe there’s some youth in one’s attitude.
Say… when’s biotest going to bottle the waters of the fountain of youth.
Sorry Musicman, but I will be a young 51 in May. Beat that you T-men!
Uhhh… Nate, I think you’ll find that you’re 182 dog years old bud…
39, been training about 23 years.
Uh, Mark, Nate’s right. The “official” (hehe) dog year calculation is to divide your age by 7, not multiply it.
By the way, I’m 24.
Guess I’m another one of the “older” crowd. Just turned 39, been training consistently since I was 15. Getting into a gym was the best decision I ever made…

- So how does this ‘official’ dog year thing work? What sort of dogs are we talking here? Doggs? I just tried to bench my car and the blood to my head hasn’t returned - please explain.
My “average age” is 11.5. Haha.
I’m 20.5
Been training seriously for 7 months now.

Oh it’s on now…! [grin] I’ll bet a slab of bourbon that Nate’s 182 dog years old. Of course, I get these calculations from Australia, and they originally came from England. Now England came before the States. Therefore, even if you Americans do it backwards, my calculation came first, so I’m right…
OK, enough talking crap, is that how you guys actually do it??? 'cos we’ve (UK/OZ) always multiplied by 7. I’m 100% sure of that.
Sorry to get off-topic. Did I mention that I was 24…
