Also: I’ve heard it suggested that Greens+ is bad for Testosterone…[/quote]
Ive never heard that before. Ive been taking it for months now and haven’t had any problems. I dont see how one of the compounds in Greens + would cause any significant change in test, Im looking over the label right now. Yep, its got both licorice and soy sprouts in it, which are no no’s, but there in such tiny amounts its practically neglible.
I know both TC and Berardi as well as his clients take Greens+, so I don’t see why either one of them would take something that would detrimentally harm test levels.
Thanks for the response, Cy. That’s fair, and I see your point, I suppose. I have no idea what the costs are or how that would affect the price, but I almost wonder if it would be worth it (I think it would be) for Biotest to put the avena back in there “just in case” it’s what’s been giving most, or even some, users that extra kick in the pants. But only time will tell what the next generation of the product holds, I guess!

It appears they also have a vitex tincture. Thanks for the tip!
Too bad Biotest pulled M - I really think a standalone anti-estrogen could be, and was, a useful part of their catalog.
Edit: And they make a fenugreek tincture as well. I’m liking the price on these, even though the tiny bottles might not last long. It’s a neat way to try an herbal extract on its own before buying a “shotgun approach” supplement.
